Recreation Intramural Intern

I played a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a substantial portfolio of more than 35 intramural sports leagues. This responsibility involved meticulous planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the smooth functioning of these leagues.

Additionally, I had the privilege of planning and managing two grand-scale intramural championship events, each drawing an impressive attendance of over 2,000 enthusiastic participants and spectators, plus three additional championship events, with the most significant drawing a crowd of nearly 5,000 individuals.

In addition to league and championship management, I co-managed 15 one-day tournaments and events, each hosting up to 150 participants, and operated in an office setting liaising with and securing commitments from more than 20 vendors.

One of my key responsibilities was the compilation of game summaries — reporting scores, updating team schedules, and maintaining individual and team statistics for an impressive total of over 240 games.
