Amazon Alexa Controlled Robot

During our EGR101 project, my group built an Alexa-controlled car using an Arduino Uno, an ESP module for Wi-Fi connectivity, and a motor controller. The car could move forward, backward, left, and right, all controlled by voice commands through an Alexa device.

We hit challenges along the way — stable Wi-Fi connectivity and learning the Arduino language and UI — but overcame them through teamwork and perseverance. Our work paid off when we were selected to present the project at the Engineering Showcase hosted by the College of Engineering.
