I had the privilege of leading the team in the development of a Plant/Animal classification app leveraging Tflite, Google Firebase, and Flutter Frameworks. Through my work at Coding Minds Academy I was given the opportunity to mentor a high school student with this project and write a research paper with them.

Our team gathered tons of a data on different plant and animal species and fed it through our machine learning Tflite training in order to use in out mobile app. We experienced a classification accuracy of 78% for animals in our database.

Once we had a working product we began our research on the difficulties and advancements needed in Plant/Animal classification. Through months of work we finally finished our research and began the steps of publishing our app to both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
